My Six Words

Our class was asked to create a six-word memoir, based on Ernest Hemmingway's six-word short story. I chose, "People forget weeds are flowers too." I decided to use these six words because they show that just because people don't look or act the way people think they should, they're considered "different" and they're automatically placed into their own separate categories. However, we're all still people and we should all be treated properly.

  1. I agree with your six words, "People forget weeds are flowers too". It's sort of like judging a book by it's cover. I like how you used flowers and weeds to represent people.
